I’ve got over 20 years’ experience of developing careers and businesses, and love unlocking the potential of senior leaders and high-potential talent in a really wide range of industries and environments.
I love to see people’s reaction to realising what they can do, and what their business is capable of and help them to manifest that into a brilliant reality!
I am a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I’m an accredited Myers Briggs Step II Practitioner, and currently working towards ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching. I’m co- producer and manager of 2 small people, a political activist and campaigner.
