Executive Development
Fulfilling your potential as a strategic leader.
Leadership can be an echo-chamber. Break out of that and get strategic again with the right help.
Senior or strategic leadership can be an isolated spot - the constructive, provocative challenge that brings out our best can be lacking. Breadth of accountability can mean you’re dragged back to operational priorities, despite the desire to fulfill the strategic expectations we have.
How does it work?
Executive coaching and development is as individual as you are - every single scenario is different, so there’s no magic formula!
What we’ll do to start with is spend some time together, to understand your business, background, and goals - that’s both your personal goals and your goals from the coaching process. We’ll work through what levels of challenge and support work best for you and your environment, and also what logistics will work.
Executive coaching will usually be in person, but with the option of virtual support between sessions (using whichever platform works for you). Protected time is the biggest challenge and the most ingredient for success, and we’ll need between 2 and 2 and a half hours for coaching, as a guide. If you’re keen to use additional profiling tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator, that’s fine - I’ll only use appropriate tools that I’m accredited to work with.
I take a systems approach to Executive Development, and alongside the personal development, I also work with Exec teams. Team dynamics, communication and strategy development are often neglected at the most senior levels, but can unlock all kinds of benefits throughout the organisation.
What would I need to invest?
Each unique approach to Executive development makes indicative costs for this really difficult. Prices will change according to whether it’s individual or group development, the goals and agreed methods to get there, and the longevity of the relationship. All the usuals. But get in touch, let’s have a discovery conversation, and I can pull together a quote that’s as bespoke as the work we’ll do together.

““The task of the leader is to get their people from where they are to where they have not been.”
— Henry Kissinger, former US Secretary of State
