Why wouldn’t you?
When you already have the amazing strategy your business needs to survive and thrive in a tough climate, you need to make absolutely sure that your people are equipped to deliver it. Whether through their technical expertise, or their ability to step into management and leadership roles and get the best out of others, specialist skills development can unlock their potential.
How does it work?
I don’t do off-the-shelf. ‘One size fits all’ never delivers the greatest value. I want to take some time to do a rigorous diagnostic and get to grips with the changes that are needed and what difference they’ll make.
I’ll then create a layered learning experience, in which people will have the opportunity to grow in competence and confidence - exploring new approaches, and being supported to adapt them to their circumstances for maximum impact.
Usually, this is in a face to face environment. I’m also skilled at creating and delivering engaging virtual workshops, too.
Skills topic examples include; customer focus, leading and managing others, understanding bias, presenting with confidence, problem solving, navigating change… but this is far from exhaustive!
What would I need to invest?
As I don’t deliver ‘off the shelf’, this needs to be scoped and quoted for, I’m afraid! There’s lots for me to understand about logistics, aims, starting points - so no two programmes are alike. Thanks for understanding. But do book a chat, so we can see what kind of ball-park it’s in!
